Cut ribs between rib bones and place into a large pot. Cover ribs with seasoned water (use your choice of herbs and seasonings, such as bouillon and garlic) Add one cup of Barbecue sauce to pot and mix with water and other seasonings. Cover pot. Simmer gently for 2-3 hours or until very tender. OPTIONAL: Place ribs onto a roasting pan with some of the seasoned broth. Cover with foil and keep warm in a 200 degree oven.
