Shredded Bison Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 pounds Bison Chuck Eye Steak
1/6 cup White Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Ground Clove
Dash Garlic Powder
1 large Onion, cut into 8 wedges
4 Wheat bulkie rolls, split
Lettuce

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Place meat and next 5 ingredients in electric slow cooker. Cover, cook on low heat setting 10-11 hours. Remove from slow cooker. Shred with 2 forks. Line bottom 1/2 bulkie with lettuce, top evenly with shredded Bison. Cover with top of bulkie.

Makes 4 servings
