Bison Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
3 Potatoes (5 oz. each), sliced
2-3 Medium Carrots, sliced
1 can Green Beans, well drained
3 medium Onions, sliced
1 1/2 pounds Ground Bison, browned
2 stalks of Celery, sliced
1 10-oz. can tomato Soup
1 10-oz. can Water

Place layers of vegetables in the order given in crock-pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned bison on top of celery. Mix the tomato soup and the water and pour into crock-pot. Cover and set to low for 8 hours.

Makes 8 servings, 2 cups each.
